Gregory (from the Official site) had a wonderful idea. Let's all add World Peace to our lists.

I beat ya to it, Randall

I could never forget this day, it is very important to me.

Today, between 12:00 and 1:00 I will be in my backyard, in solitude, by my tree, and I will pray for that hour...for all of us here, and for everyone in the world.

I will pray for world peace.
I will pray for reunions with loved ones.

It is a day of praying for me, that the pieces that are lost will somehow fit together

I hope you all have a wonderous December 8th.

As a footnote, December 8th has already started off with odd reunions. Last night I spent in contemplation for most of the night and this morning, thinking of the body my other half used to be in (or maybe he's still in there? Maybe he went back into that body?)

He has been on my mind.

I thought of him all night, and talked with him, I couldn't sleep. Three years ago, on this day, I was with him.

This morning, at 10:00 a.m. my friend called, she ran into him last night.

Only 12 more minutes before the Hour of Grace. I will be in my room in prayer meditation for all the reasons listed above. I have vowed to keep this vigil for Linda each and every year, forever and ever...

Did anyone else feel it? I have never felt such Love. I'm still filled with Peace and Faith and Hope. As tears of joy ran down my face, I prayed in a way I have never prayed before. More than prayer. More than meditation. Thank you, Divine Mother and Divine Father, for the opportunity to circumvent all the problems that we cause to our S-elves with our error-thinking and to bypass the normal attractions we inevitably bring with our thoughts--to have this brief window in which all bets are off and true Divine intervention can prevail. EXPECT MANY MIRACLES!

Greg, Randall~ World Peace is the only thing I prayed for today - I held the vision of Earth radiating golden Light ... in no darkness

I felt it too Randall. I cried too. Right after I made my wishes. For myself clarity and stability, I felt so much love, and the clarity was there. I couldn't believe it. It was so immediate. Amazingly wonderful.

I prayed...prayed hard...with a fervor I'm not entirely sure I knew I possessed. I knew you all were with me, even those in different time zones, and those who read but do not post. I sat by my tree, in the icy cold, and sang my prayer...a long opus of a prayer for peace in this world, and love and healing for you all, reunions with souls we love dearly. For us and for everyone, I cried some, but it was a peaceful and cleansing shower of tears. It was a very healing experience.

On December 8th, between 12PM and 1PM PST there will be a very small, very insignificant vibration sent out into the ether. In these emanations will be found four sacred wishes for: Life, Light, Love and Truth. Repeated over and over, they will reach Cripple Creek, CO in approximately .0045 seconds from the time that they are wished, traveling at the speed of light; faster at the speed of love.

Within .0127 seconds of having left this tiny colonia in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, these wishes will have reached those of you on the East Coast and will be continuing their travels onward and outward.

.1338793 seconds after having left here, some of these tiny emissions will have returned to their source, and by the time the entire hour has passed, the first prayer will have circled the globe one million, six hundred thirteen thousand, three hundred and ninety-three and a half times.

At that point, the praying will stop for awhile, but the prayers themselves will continue to circle the planet and, God willing, will produce more Love and Light than was initially put into them.

A small gift, from a small man, to a planet filled with the people that he adores.

That's lovely daf, and hardly insignificant...

Perhaps we can all pause for a moment on that date, this year...

Ok -- i'm gonna try to be with ya too.

I have an ultrasound scheduled in the am (10:30 am EST)-- hoping for some "negative" results??

Tho this day always bothers me -- in 1992, my brother committed suicide.

of course i don't usually check this forum and of course i just happened to this morning for no "particular" reason!

it's a glorious, still day here in new england, blanketed in pure white BEAUTIFUL snow, basking under a clear blue sunlit sky. many folks have off because of the snowfall over the weekend (though i did notice that the church steps were cleared and the doors open). i think people in these parts, not just us here in lindaland, will be taking the day to move more slowly, to reflect and relax, still awed by the reminder of nature's power over us. schools and businesses are closed (because there's no place to "pahk the cahs"), and neighbors are joking with each other as they strain their muscles with snow shovels.

8 is an interesting number, infinity upended. i loved daf's visual of our prayers circling the globe, and perhaps linda felt that the 8 allowed a window to all our other s-elves into which we could more accurately pour our wishes (which are just our soul'd truest yearnings). [just remember to be careful what you wish for!] maybe there's power in numbers and the more people that send out wishes (whether in church or at home thinking how nice it is to have the day off!) - maybe they become like a force of nature themselves, a wave to affect all the systms we've built and tweek them just enough to start some bigger changes a-rollin'.

ha! and y'all will love this. i just asked for linda's guidance as i opened star signs to get a clearer understanding of the 8. any guesses? page 242 of the 1987 paperback edition - "The Number 8" - no kidding. how fun! so anyway, linda reminds us that, "8 vibrates to the planet saturn" - being the old curmudgeon planet of tests and trials and the cold, static winter of the soul before rebirth. fitting for this chilly december day winding down to the solstice. like the saturn planet capricorn, the eight is a two-lane highway of a number that gets younger as it gets older - ! i love the capricorn goat-fish, not only for its earth-water theme but for the idea of moving back down the "evolutionary" chain to resubmerge into the ocean - the idea that moving backwards is/could be also moving forth. so, about the growing younger thing, even though 8 is a stable and sometimes constricting number, if the wisdom is gained to break free of the (perceived) restraints of a situation, then the momentum gained can revitsalize the most tired and crusty soul. wishing allows us to find the core of energy in our hearts to try and wash away the fear, to perceive a future where love is abundant among all else.

8, and winter, is a symbol of the cocoon of possiblity, the time for relection, planning, idea-birthing. the last line of the 8 description says, "the pursuit of happiness is not a sin."

let's use this day to bring forth the most glorious wishes for a new year that we can, and if enough of us can manage this, perhaps there's hope for this earth yet.

i'll be thinking of you all, and wishing you well as another year winds down and new one is about to be born.

have a beautiful day, everyone.

Happy December.8th!!!

I have to say that I am very lucky/blessed to have had my second son born on this day in 1998.

For Jason:

" Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday sweet
happy birthday sweet boo"

I love you sweet Jason!

The strangest most exciting thing that I realized just a few months ago was that I subconsciously called my first son Jamie (James) and my second son Jason (son of James) does anybody think that this is strange? I thought it was a funny coincidence.

Love and Light everyone!
