Hello All, I have scanned Linda’s First Page of her wonderful first Star Notes newsletter. Linda refers to these as her pink and gold love letters. The url is http://noelschlachter.tripod.com/newsite/linda.htm Here are a few tidbits in this particular issue: Linda speaks of the Holidays. The word Holiday lexigrams into Holy Days. What is the “I” doing there? Is it, perhaps a reminder to use one’s Third Eye? Linda mentions that she celebrates Christmas in August. since she is a Ram, she resents being told when to feel what by others. haha She instinctively chose August to celebrate Christmas and many years later discovered that the true date of the miracle in the Bethlehem stable was August 7th or 8th and Jesus was a Leo. She said the mystery was hiding there all the time, in the word NOEL, which lexigrams into LEO. Linda shared a funny tale for Purple Plate Leprechauns Someone wrote: Dear Linda, I’m presently re reading “Star Signs” and had to write you about a purple plate incident. While vacationing in Washington, D.C. last summer, I popped a small purple plate in the front waistband of my skirt to counteract my monthly cramps. I then headed for a tour of the White House, where I promptly set off all the metal detectors! I had an interesting time explaining to a courteous but extremely confused Secret Service person what a purple plate was—and why I had it stuck in my waistband! He was a nice guy, though, and sent me on my way, allowing me to keep my purple plate... Linda got a big chuckle out of that. If you want me to continue with these tidbits from her Star Notes, just reply in this column. Pax et Bonum Noel

Linda gives the most profoundly simplistic answer to happiness and fulfillment in Life on the first page of the first Star Notes. She says that joy and sorrow are twins. When one is at your dinner table, the other is in your bed. Both are temporal. The Key to happiness is to remain neutral--not overly exuberant when joy arrives, nor overly depressed when sorrow makes its entrance. For both shall pass. They are both part of an endless circle! Truly, sadness and gladness really do rhyme! Linda, you are beyond words! ------------------ "Thus shall ye think of all this fleeting world: A star at dawn, a bubble in a stream; A flash of lightning in a summer cloud, A flickering lamp, a phantom, and a dream." Continuing with Star Notes issue One Linda wrote about Nicola Tesla She wrote: “Tesla was a mystic. (Some believe he was a space man). J.P. Morgan was Tesla’s financier. Morgan told Tesla that the atom had been split in Europe and Tesla was visibly shaken by the news. He tells Morgan that, in about 50 years, the Earth will suffer a major Energy crisis. If atomic (or nuclear) energy is used, it could signal The end of survival. But if Tesla’s method is used, an antenna placed In each yard would provide all the electrical energy necessary for every Human need—pure, clean energy, with no pollution, no destruction—and In perfect harmony with Nature. Morgan then asks Tesla, “You mean everyone can milk our cow for free?” And Tesla answers, inspired with innocent enthusiasm, “Yes! There is no way to charge for this universal energy! It’s Free!” For obvious reasons, with Con-Edison about to be born, and with Morgan’s considerable involvement With huge, government controlled power stations, Tesla’s stunning discovery turned Morgan off like a light bulb. Almost immediately, he cut off Tesla’s funds.Linda writes, what happened then to this genius of a man is told in books but what has happened since is a disgrace. Our Government has deliberately erased from our nations’s history books all mention of Nicola Tesla’s incredible work. Our children are taught in school merely that “Thomas Edison discovered electricity”, when in truth, Edison didn’t even discover, but first used—DC or Direct Current. It was Nicola Tesla who was the father of AC or Alternating Current, used, of course, everywhere today—and this was only one of his amazing patents. In fact, it was Tesla who invented radio, but the concept was stolen from him by Marconi, to whom Tesla had trustingly given access to his lab and experiments. Linda said that she planned to write a biography of Tesla someday and title it, For Shame, America For Shame! She also urged everyone to write then President Bush demanding that our schools teach Historical truth. Linda also included an additional Lexigram not mentioned in Star Signs hidden in the word VIOLET, the shade of the rainbow spectrum associated with healing. The additional Lexigram in VIOLET is……..LOVE EVIL She says, “What could that possible mean? For centuries, we’ve been taught that we must not associate ourselves with----let alone, love –evil. Loving Evil does not mean condoning evil. Loving evil is not the same as approving of it. You’ve heard The axiom “Kill him with love”. Love does kill. It kills evil. Evil is powerless against love, because love Transmutes it, even against its will. And so..the profoundly wise message of VIOLET’s Lexigram to LOVE EVIL is simply this: Fear and hate are impotent against evil. Fear and hate have no power to destroy the dark forces; they are But strengthened and fed by fear and hate. Love---and only love—possess the power to destroy evil and the dark forces permanently. This Earth will never be free of the forces of darkness until each Earthling learns to love evil. Then it will disappear into the ethers forever, stripped of all its illusionary power. All the ranting and raving of ministers and priests and rabbis from their pulpits inciting hatred of evil will not do it. Only the forgiveness and compassion of love can manifest such a miracle.” Until next time.. Songbird flying out
