Spirtuta!!!! Forgive me...I had no idea you were wanting an update...I have only been here on the fly by for those topics I am brainstorming while I run around like a crazy woman....

Colleen is much better now...and she said she felt eveyones prayers.

But the thing is...she really became quite depressed after the fall...she changed...she lost her sense of humor...I worried about her...but then...she got hit by a drunk driver...and it was as if it snapped her out of it!!!! The change was almost immediate!!!

Aside from still getting dizzy if she leans over backwards...she seems fine...her old self again.The doctor said that can last for months ...but that it will go away.

And she knew that she fell for a reason...she looked at the whole accident as a 'what am I to learn?" moment in life.

Anyway.....I already wrote this and more... ...but then my 'puter froze up...the darn thing is really tempermental lately.

Please forgive me for keeping you hanging...but to tell the truth....I have been nudged to come to Free for all for over a week now...and then Lisa told me that you were worried...and I LOL...because I sure hope one of these days I learn to listen to myself!

Thankyou everyone for all your prayers...and now I am going to send this before the puter coughes again.

Imagine my suprise to be ready to log off and get some sleep like a sane person should do...only to click here instead and find you brought this back up!!!!!

Colleen is just fine....having some 2nd house troubles...but who isn't, right?

I Love Gilligans island...haven't see it in years as I refuse to pay for cable.....
but I grew up with it...and always dreamed of finding that island and living there by choice!

One of my favorites is an old black and white...where they find out the pancake syrup makes a great glue and they try to glue the boat back together...and Gilligan glues himself to the boat.....stuff like that happens to me all the time.....so I LOL even remembering it....

Oh and "Good Old Professors Spider Cider"...

Nope...no boomers yet...but we are hoping for tomorrow...it's getting pretty darn dry.

I have FOX on now to see what young Peter Chan has to say about the weather.....my ankle does not hurt at all...so the front must not be too strong....or else not close enough.....

Can you see channel 41 out of Battle Creek where you are?

I love the weather guy there....I have never seen anybody who loved his job so much...he's hilarious to watch....but then I miss the forcast because I am watching him dance in front of the map.

Anyway...I unhappily have the sprinkler going out front right now.......my Hydrangea leaped to it's roots today...grabbed itself by the branches and keeled over in a cough...so I think it's telling me it's thirsty.... poor little guy.....but if I was supposed to be blue and I was green instead....I'd want a drink of water too.

The heat should be breaking for you soon up there......remember once the sun is down to turn the fans around for a while a suck the hot air out of the house....then turn them around after an hour or so...it'll help...I lived without AC until just last spring....it's hard.

I'm so glad all the tests came out ok!!!!

honey...he just said the heat index was 107 today!!!!! ....you're gonna get more weather before morning.....then you will cool down for tomorrow....*wipes brow*...ah good old Canadian air.....78* by tuesday.....

Anyway....I came back tonight to re-read this to Colleen....Spiritua it was so nice of you to still be thinking of her!!!!

And my sister reminded me that by January she had two broken back molars...that the dentist said was caused by the fall...so there was more stuff for her to fix that I had forgotten about......and in true Virgo fashion...I had to get the facts right!!!!

Ginny...it has to be cooler up there by now...I can barely walk!!!!!

I've been up and down the ladder all day...(I'm painting my kitchen)....and the throb from my ankle goes half way up my calf!!!

Yes juniperb...........*sigh*....it is cold here (Dani you're right, it got cooler up here)....I've gone from sizzling to shivering......brrrrr....

...and since Dani, juniperb, Lisa and I are all Michiganders..*sigh*...we're pretty aware of the fact that Michigan is a state where you can get sun burned and frostbite all in the same day...*sigh*

We went to Lake Michigan, and then up here to my "cottage in the woods," and Dani (at my request) sat down at the piano and played some beautiful Bach and Mozart pieces. I also showed her our new Little River Casino, which just opened....

Anyway, this gal, Dani, can't really be described....she is such a vibrantly, rich personality....it was a real treat to finally meet her, after knowing her online for almost three years....

I just had to share with you all....
