Savannah narrowed her Airy eyes and spat, "You'd better come with it Chicken Goddess, because Athena and your Old Man will protect us!"

Pan scratched his head and threw a dryad over his knee, and was set for the show.

"She does this more often than I'd like to admit," Zeus grumbled, in obvious chagrin.

"Cluck cluck, I'll get you my little pretty Libra, and you're little dog Cole too! And my rotten husband gets nothing tonight except lots more pecking! Prepare to be chickenfeed, Missy! Cluck!!!"

Cole jumped on Savannah's armoured feather back, brandishing a plastic imitation sword he hoped looked real and searched around for what passes as ears on a chicken.

Leaning towards her head he whisphered "go peck her brains out!!"

Savannah rolled her eyes and told him to stop talking into her nostrils before clucking loudly at Hera.

"Okay, sweetheart, enough with the chicken routine, I think everyone was somewhat amused," Cole assured his rabid chicken lady, as Savannah soon shrank back to her previous size, regaining her lovely Libran form to the mild applause of the others.

"Savannah, you are so beautiful, I love you very much...tell me darling that you will stay with me and not run off with that fuzzy goat creature. I mean, I suppose I could grow a goatee, if you like...", Cole sighed. "Either way, I do think that we should be teleporting along, hmmm? I believe we've an oracle to consult, and perhaps we shall even intercept Lady Croft before she is fool enough to open that bloody box...let's go, dear."

And with that, he grabbed his dizzy Air girl by the arm, snapped his fingers, and the two were gone, leaving the Olympians scratching their heads for days...

Savannah was awakened by a sharp pain in her left side. As she struggled to open her eyes, she held back a scream as she saw the hideous face of the creature who stood above her, prodding her with what appeared to be a spear.

Catching her breath, she scrambled to her feet. Panic set in as she realized that Cole was nowhere in sight ...
