corrie, almost missed this!went vacationing for two whole weeks which meant a simultaneous internet 'fasting'. just got back. jeez. mighty strong clicking hand you got there, piscean princess. methinks this was one of those times that you patted a lurking paper deadline nicely on the head and even pushed it underneath a pile and thereafter managed to ignore its persistent wriggling. how long did it take? you could've added dimples. i got two. thank you. much, much appreciated.

Aw, taj, as much as I'd like to have done that, it's not mine - it's just from a link; here's another: I've actually become much too much of an itenerant, video-game playin', readin' whatever happens to strike my fancy slug during my break to focus on a task for the length of time that that graphic would require. I've been working about 30 hours a week at my p/t job, but it's nights, and that throws normal time tables all outta wack. I actually put in a couple 40-hour weeks, but after a semester of full-time classes and 30 hours @ a retail job/week, regular "full time" work was super slack. I'm not worrying about classes again 'til next week...bought most of my books today, though... *shakes head, eyes downcast* >trod upon-y voice< No 11 AM wake-ups no longer. *sigh* I'm really all kinds of excited about my new courses, though. There's one on Modernization and Culture Change in the US and Russia that we're doing in conjunction w/ a class out in St. Petersburg, and taught on this end by a woman that was a political refugee from the USSR way back; one on Non Violence and Peace Studies; and I'm vacillating on whether to take a course on Int'l Security or one on Politics and Government in Latin America (as the 1st two are 6 cr each, and these other two are 3, and I'm aiming for 15 cr hrs this Sem)... but I think we already talked about this. BUT I'm jazzed, so IP: Logged |

30 hours work plus full-time classes? jeez, corrie, you make me appear lazy. super-interesting courses if you ask me. hey, for whichever you don't take, you can always sit in. is it allowed? but then that'd be a hassle on your time.
