Hi Randall I have been thinking about the Rainbow Diet and I read somewhere that Linda didnt think it worked for everyone. Can you tell me a little something about that?------------------ Love & Light, Melissa IP: Logged |

During the process of becoming your ideal weight (keeping in Mind that muscle weighs more than fat), your weight may fluctuate both up and down. Since doubt short-circuits magick, you should NOT weigh yourself at all during the period you are using the Rainbow Diet. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Hey Melissa tell me how it works out for you Like Randall said keep an open mind the whole time. We humans ruin so much with our doubt and negativity that might just work! Course we don't have to. If it doesn't work I have found that running and keeping active and not eating TOO much late at night helps keep weight down and energy higher. I have also started doing yoga which is so fun and centering but actually takes a lot of strength.

MissFajita Thanks for your always encouraging replies!! I am not so interested in this diet for weight loss, as much as I am for the mind. I am not sure where I read this, but I read this way of eating was great for the spiritual mind !? I havent decided yet, but when I do I will let you know Yoga is great ! ^5 girl it does require lots of strength. Did you see those new pics of Madonna? WOW Yoga is workin for her Have you tried Pilates? If not give it a try thats what I have been doing lately ------------------ Love & Light, Melissa IP: Logged |

Yea Pilates are way cool too! Cool I am glad you found what your niche is. That is true- I DID notice that my colors were not so varied before, and now that I sort of balance out eating all the different colors, it IS better for your mind, that is so true. Good point. ------------------ food is the only art that nourishes! IP: Logged |
