Hi Everyone,The San Francisco International Film Festival kicks off next Wednesday. Just thought may be any arty farty folks in the area would like this FYI. Here is the website: http://www.sffs.org/fest03 I was thinking of seeing Angela , but remembered that Italian cinematography is not advanced and rely on really, really good scripts and actors to lift the film up. Haven't seen any great Italian films as of yet. I think German films are good. Has anyone seen the French film Amelie? I liked it a lot, I see myself being quirky like her. teeheehee. Cheers and Enjoy, Aphrodite P.S. Astro trivia: Neptune and Pisces rule cinema! IP: Logged |

Would love to go....but live too far away! I love seeing smaller art-house films (as well as blockbusters!). Amelie was wonderful...and as a fan of German films, did you like "Europa Europa?" I watched it twice when I rented it years ago, just to be sure I missed nothing...IP: Logged |
