I've gone back and worked a little more on a track that didnt work too well before and would like some feedback on it.Its again a more industrial-genre peice and be warned. Its purely instrumental but the feelings it invokes aren't pleasant, but i'd still like to know what you all have to say on it right click on the link and Save As 6.2mb MP3 (about 40 minutes on a dialup connection) http://www.3dap.com/hlp/hosted/wevil/new.mp3 IP: Logged |

Looking forward to hearing it!! I meant to do it last night at work because I have dial-up *cringe* at home. It's been so busy the last two days. Wish I knew what aspects are bringing down all these servers, switches, WAN links. Wonder if it's Mercury RX.Heidi IP: Logged |

Hey N_w, that's really great! I especially like the keys that start up about a couple minutes into it... that melody is really good! Great work! Post more! PS- Do you dabble in drum & bass or trip-hop? IP: Logged |

Impressive! Enjoyed it very much. In fact, I didn't find it "unpleasant" at all. It was kind of earth-sexy and etheric at the same time, actually. Kind of reminds me of some of the music in "The Matrix:Reloaded." Technical, but artistic. My taste is eclectic, but I'm not well-versed on industrial music, so I hope my feed-back makes some kind of sense for you! Oh, what's the title? And would it be imposing to ask what you were feeling as the artist/creator/composer? IP: Logged |

If you look back i posted a whole series of them in this forum.Pearly - Generally i'm a Trance/Dance person, i go for euphoric style peices more than anything else. Trillian- Yep, very useful, thanks! it does carry similar aesthetics to most of the music used in the Matrix - i'd term that genre "industrial music" - which is generally thought of as being dark electronica/rock synergy. I haven't thought of a title yet - any suggestions? IP: Logged |

Cool Nwevil! What software are you using? I have one by Sonic Foundry ... I think it's called Acid. Heidi IP: Logged |

Wevil, I haven`t a clue what 'industrial' music is As you said the piece didn`t "invoke pleasantness", I passed on listening to it, but know whatever you set your Aquarian mind to do, you will do it with greatness!! juniperb IP: Logged |
