So we can guage the time frame and make sure everyone is encouraged to quickly move the chain along. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Pearly, you should get yours tomorrow! They were written for people who have read Star Signs (but not Gooberz). ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." RRR and SunShyne Hopefully it won't be too long for you both. I'm posting here because I saw LTD post in another forum that when she sends packages to Australia, it takes 6 weeks! Geez, that is just too long and I hope it is not the case! I have sent many things to Europe that get there within the week.... but it might be different as I've never sent anything to your countries. I am wondering if somehow we should get it moving a bit quicker for everyone.... maybe I can send out to the people under you both that are in the US too?? Also, I wonder if it wouldn't be beneficial for you both to send out to others in your own countries, as I know there are others on this site from them and it is not necessarily an inexpensive mailing to the US... it's actually quite a big package! Well, I feel like you will get it soon enough, so keep looking for it! Also, maybe others here can give their input about what I've mentioned with the mailings...

I'm in the US, and have someone in Singapore, and Toronto. I don't mind doing the mailing...but if it would be easier/faster to trade, that's fine too. Adn I think it's someone in Australia who has ME! I don't want Randall to get screwed up with his lists, LOL! But I'm willing, if it would be beneficial. IP: Logged |

I would be willing to post to 4 people in Australia if you want to post to my American people Pearly. Let me know, I could send to Poops, Sunmeadow Glades, Nebel, JJJax, Jason from Oz etc. However, I don't think they have expressed an interest in receiving Star Notes. As for me getting them to the US quicker I can email them as soon as I get them as I have access to a good scanner now.Trillian and Sweetpeas let me know what you would prefer. Actually I may even be able to airpost which may be quicker..there may be quicker options but I will ask the lovely post office ladies.

The problem with that is that it disrupts the chain, since it is already several layers deep and everyone has their names above (and in most cases below) them through all the layers. Maybe the chain idea isn't so good after all. All it takes is one person to cause a lot of crashes by not mailing out their two copies. If anyone can manage to scan them well enough for Adobe or even a Web site, feel free to do so! Don't worry about posting in this string. I've just been taking first come, first serve e-mails. Keep sending those addresses! ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." RRR, I am happy to receive them via email, that's no problem, if they are easily scanned! Honestly, I don't mind doing my mailing assignments as is, I dont' want to create any problems with the list! Just eager to READ Starnotes! And Randall, if someone should break the chain, I am sure there are some of us, like me, who would be willing to mail out an extra copy or two. IP: Logged |

RRR and SunShyne Hi... maybe Randall could give his input here... didn't mean to cause things to go haywire or get confused. My main point was that I was concerned about the length of time it takes to go back and forth overseas... and just looking out for all involved as I paid about $50 to send them out. It could of been a bit cheaper... maybe $35 if I had gone to the regular Post Office... but anyway, it can get pricey and after awhile it will be alot of money that we all could've used for something else in LL (maybe convention material?) or our personal lives. I do agree that all should get their hardcopies and if in the future there is an email option or web-based place to go, all the better! I will send out to the US people under you both... as I presume you still have not received the package? I don't think that would mess up the chain at all. Then, maybe Randall can alter things slightly to give you 2 people in Australia and India...?? How does that sound? IP: Logged |

Sounds good to me. If you want my 2 and Randall gives me the Aussies then it shouldnt muck up the chain as the two aussie and one New Zealander shouldnt have been assigned to someone yet I dont think....... Randall what do you think? If I give Pearly my two addresses and you assign me with Imajre and the other two Aussies??? IP: Logged |
