Hi everyoneI have a request, now for my older daughter, Amanda. She has a 7 cent. cyst on her ovary and today was told she would be getting surgery July 31. The Dr. is going to try and save the ovary but did say it may not be possible. She is 20. I can hardly believe this is happening again. The good news is that Amanda's cyst is considerably smaller than Melinda's was so the Dr. is anticipating a smaller incision and her hospital stay may only entail one day overnight; barring any "complications". So once more...I am asking you to keep her in your prayers for an uncomplicated procedure, a speedy recovery, and benign results! Thanks for listening. BTW...Amanda is a Gemini, with a Pisces Moon and Scorpio Ascendant. Also...Melinda is healing beautifully! IP: Logged |

Hi, twin lady.... You know one ovary can produce enough eggs to populate a small town, so losing one isn't the worst that could happen. (I'm assuming she still has the other one? I hope so! )Anyway.... Positive energy coming at ya from the Great White North! IP: Logged |

lioneye 68 Thank you for the reassurance re having children with one ovary. I myself, managed to give birth to my 2 daughters with just one, so I was able tell Melinda, and now Amanda with confidence, not to worry in that department. It will be a few weeks before Amanda gets the pre-op testing and finalizes the arrangements for the surgery, so I'll update as things progress. As always...thanks for the positive/healing thoughts. You too, juniperb! IP: Logged |
