IBM - made AIX (older O/S used widely throughout the 80's in mainframe servers), now obviously use their own UNIX build.

Caldera - Linux manufacturer bought by SCO

RedHat - Very popular linux distro

Novell - More serverside UNIX stuff

SuSe - Another popular linux Distro - usually with the best driver support IMO

Connectiva - Havent got a clue :P
