A creepy kind of dude that you sort of feel guilty for thinking he is such a wack nut!! On another note, I mentioned dream guides, which mine have always been the horse and the black panther. Last night I dream of the horse again, which I enjoyed, but the best part was that this time I didn't just get to see the horse and talk to him. I became the horse. At one time I was riding bareback, then I began to feel as though I was running on all fours, with a whole herd of paint horses, through the mountains. It was beautiful, a bit scary when it came to the cliffs edge, but still cool. I think I am preparing for my journey out West. I am so excited!!! IP: Logged

Did you get your hands on some bad ground beef. Oh man, that has to be the worst. I had a week of food poisoning about 10 years ago and it just about killed me. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy and it makes you susceptible to other milder forms of food poisoning that would otherwise be easy to fight. I hope you feel better soon. ~Pidaua IP: Logged

Don't lose heart, it will all be finished soon. I am finally feeling better from my flu, but I have had days such as your recent ones too, and I don't envy your position. Eat lots of yogourt with active cultures in it, if you eat dairy, barring that, there is a product called 'greens' or live enzyme caplets, to replenish the natural flora in your system.
