Waalikom Salam sister Meili Zhiei...Ramadan Kareem.. you are absolutely right regarding the baby with the bath water..and i very much appreciate u bringing this to my attention..
i do accept that i have done this as studying hadiths and finding so many contradictions...it put me off...the quran stands alone as allahs uncorruptable word...and so i did dismiss hadiths easily...i will look more to the hadiths...and will do so with more of an opened mind...though as for the quran...it is complete..in regards to the basis of islam...and i think ppl forget this...and look else where for guidance before seeking the quran...allah did not want religion to be difficult...and with all the extra rules and regulations imposed by the hadiths ...not the quran...it is difficult...
i hope i have not offended...just my personal opinion..and as always i am learning..forever evolving..always is my purpose to please allah and live a righteous life...

Assalamu Alikom Wa Rahmatu Allah sister Meili,thank you again for your warm hearted and sincere response...you have opened my eyes and warmed my heart...thank you for shinning your light...not only for me but many others here...i always pray that allah show me what i need to see...let me hear what i need to hear...and let me feel what i need to feel..for i will accept all lessons with an open heart...and everyday he surprises me with something new...allahu akbar of course i have done and will do dua for you,
