Hi, Lioney. Every statement posted before this is right, and there are many ways to lose weight. However, do not forget what Linda said: no matter the efforts, exercises and diets, they´ll only be good if you keep them with you for the rest of your life. As soon as you stop or interrupt, you´re gonna start getting heavier again. Perhaps you don´t need to lose weight and it is just to win in a friendly competition, but when that "race" is finished, it could happen that your final weight, after a few days since having finished, becomes higher than before the competition. The reason is quite simple: your body is not ready for that abrupt change in your diet; and the change will occur twice: before the race and after it, when you take up your normal diet again.

Therefore, you really need my special formula, no side effects, and for only $4.95, now in its new container... sorry, just kidding.

What I really mean is that you shouldn´t see your feeding and nutrition as a game, but as a vital subject, and your body will appreciate it, and all of us will be happy. Take care.

Nayonaise is allright but I definetly prefer the veganaise..

Veganaise
Ingredients- (two varieties.. the canola oil and the grapeseed oil.. grapeseed is abit more expensive, doesn't really taste different but it has omega-3 fatty acids which, I hear, are really good for you. )

Grapeseed oil, purified water, apple cider vinegar, brown rice syrup, soy protein, sea salt, lemon juice and mustard.
All non-GMO.. very important to me.

Now mix that with brown rice miso and it's sooooo yummy. I'm hooked. I put the mixture on ALL my sandwiches now.

I'm off to the health food store after work to pick up some goodies...I think I'll try some of the Veganaise! Thanks for the tip.

Instead of butter, I use Earth Balance, completely non-GMO and made primarily of olive oil. Very yummy and buttery. MmmMMmm.
