Actually Tink, the results did mention the fresh air and suggested I breathe deeply! I think the daily walks on the beach help as well. IP: Logged |

Well, 96.4 is making me an old fart after all ------------------ If having a soul means being able to feel love and loyalty and gratitude, then animals are better off than a lot of humans. ~James Herriot IP: Logged |

I'm going to be 93 woohooo lolIt says I eat too much meat, too. I know why that shortens your life, though. If you take a steak or a big bowl of müsli--you can eat a steak in a reasonable amount of time, but you sit there for hours chewing and chewing and chewing on your müsli--ergo, you need to live longer to make up all that lost time lol Nackie IP: Logged |

I went back and answered the questions with the worst possible answers, and the life expectancy was: 37.9That's answering the questions w/ drinking and smoking a lot, high cholestoral, everybody in the family is diabetic w/ cancer, eat meat and processed meat daily, too much carbs, etc etc etc... Just shows you how destructive certain dietary, stress and genetic factors are...
