Actually Tink, the results did mention the fresh air and suggested I breathe deeply! I think the daily walks on the beach help as well.

It says I eat too much meat, too.

I know why that shortens your life, though. If you take a steak or a big bowl of müsli--you can eat a steak in a reasonable amount of time, but you sit there for hours chewing and chewing and chewing on your müsli--ergo, you need to live longer to make up all that lost time lol

I went back and answered the questions with the worst possible answers, and the life expectancy was: 37.9

That's answering the questions w/ drinking and smoking a lot, high cholestoral, everybody in the family is diabetic w/ cancer, eat meat and processed meat daily, too much carbs, etc etc etc...

Just shows you how destructive certain dietary, stress and genetic factors are...
