I was wondering about the foods for the red color diet. It seems that so many food comes already flavored with sugar. WHAT IS ONE TO EAT?

I was wondering if I could eat iodized salt and cornbread made from the mix because the mix comes with sugar already in it. And how about Cream of Wheat? It has those little brown flecks but those are supposed to be wheat germ and so...
And isn't pork the other white meat? So pork is okay I am supposing.
What do you guys think? Thanks.

i cannot be 100% sure..but i think any meat..including pork..whatever, is strictly off limits

silverbells, according to Star Notes, which you'll find here at LL, the sugar is ok for the color program.

The pork, though, is a no, according to the book. All meat is a no, as are fish and shellfish.

Any type of meat? My paperback Star Signs says that chicken is okay and that sugar is a no for the red color diet. Okay Thank You. I am off to look at the Star Notes. Thank You.

OH, you're right, I think Star Signs does say chicken is ok. Sorry!

But Linda does say sugar and white flower are alright for the program, in the Star Notes, which Randall has posted here in LL.

Oh yes I just went off and read it. Thank you for telling me about the sugar AND the white flour. I am glad about both of them. Do you guys know any smokers who did the color diet?
