Have you ever heard of/used Penaten?

Yup, I used it all through the baby years. The doctors in Germany recommend it above all other products...what are you using? The cream? Do you need me to send you anything? I still use (for myself and "baby"--we've both got awfully dry skin) the penaten oil-lotion.

I actually just started using it.
The kiddo had a bit of a diaper rash, and nothing available here touched it. A friend of mine had been stationed in Germany and picked up the Penaten habit there; she still has some cream and gave it to me - it knocked out Meg's rash in a couple of uses.

I was wondering if you could take a look at it and tell me if it's the exact same stuff found over there (I can't get a close-up view, so I can't tell).

Yeah it's the same stuff at about 5x the price! Send me your mailing address (my email is in my profile), I will send you some stuff. Penaten is really the best baby stuff there is.

Yes, Prox, I used it too. It's the thing to use, and I tried other stuff. Petroleum jelly is ok too, for prevention...just a light coat. You must have Pennetin there, no? It's everywhere. We have it here readily available. I could send you some too! Actually, I'd love to send you a card or care package, Prox. You should set up a post office box, dude.
