I have been reading Linda Goodman's Star Signs for the first time. I'm at the application of #'s chapter. On page 185, there is a times table. Her evaluations were beautiful, until I got to the 8x6=48 part. It's the only example that doesn't fit the theory that the double didgit # can't be added together to equal 3, according to the pattern. It seems as though the #48 had to be fudged twice before it breaks down to 3. The pattern is not perfect. Yes it can be broken down, but it's just not the same, you know? IP: Logged |

Lucky you, Philbird. You must have a hardcover. Paper-back is page 146. Notice that the column also totals 48 48 has the same meaning as 30 THE LONER - MEDITATION This is a number of retrospection, thoughtful deduction . . . . . . Therefore "Loner" in this instance, seems an apt description of 48, would you agree? in Love and light imajre IP: Logged |

Imajre Yes, I see Linda's logic, but I don't believe she was around when the tables were created. I don't think they were planning the tables with her theory in mind and just said to themselves, "AAAHHHH, We'll just let this one slide" I geuss I posted that question because everything was going great in the book, made sense etc., I was dissappointed that my total belief in her thinking was so right on. Until that. That's all. Thanks for the response.IP: Logged |

Imajre, I do have the paperback, In my copy she mentions a mistake she made in Sun Signs and Love signs. Maybe I have a copy that has been edited. HMMMMMMMMIP: Logged | |
