I like the poem. Did you write it? Is that a picture of you? I hope you are not too sad. I too, cannot wait to go to the Spirit World, however, I know I must finish my "earth school" and enjoy and be grateful for everything I have here and now. IP: Logged |

I tried to post the image as well and it didn`t work for me either It`s a beautiful poem but like Nephts said, we need to finish Earth school first! ------------------ If having a soul means being able to feel love and loyalty and gratitude, then animals are better off than a lot of humans. ~James Herriot IP: Logged |

Yeah...I'm pretty sure that Geocities gets cross if you try to hotlink from them, so I'll see if this'll work: IP: Logged |

http://www.geocities.com/shortcut1522/MyHeartOfForeverBeating.html I'm so going to take your advise on http://photobucket.com , but right now I have to go. I just wanted to say. This is me... This was a one day thing with the spikes, just having a little artist's fun. This is a self protrit with a camer called a Yashica-Mat, al twin lens reflex camera. Have you ever seen a Rolleflex? Am I spelling htat right, probebly not. Also, some cool facts about the film. It's 25 ASA film... Super micro fine grain, not that that transfers on to the computer. Randall III IP: Logged |

hey deep - you're a pisces, right? my brother is also - your artistry reminds me VERY much of his - now, how much of that do you think is coincidence and how much astrology???your photo is way cool - i find it interesting that your pose and expression relate more of a joy for life than your poem would suggest - am i misreading? i love grainy super-contrast work. i learned how to develop my own film years ago and then stopped because i lacked the equipment when i moved - i really miss it. i think i liked the tricks of developing more than the actual shooting! do you want to pursue photography "professionally" or only for your self? i love hand-tinting and using a photo as the basis for an overpainting, too. ever tried it? dolphins laugh, chimps use tools, but artistic creativity does seem to set us apart (ummm, along with some other less appealing traits ) thanks for posting such a personal and beautiful piece of work. x IP: Logged |

Wow, I just read the poem about the heartbreak. Edgy. I like it. I would accept that poem over a box of chocolates any day. Do you have more? I'd love to read another. And another, and another . . . Pretty please? IP: Logged |

Hello deep- I just wanted to say that I saw a glimpse of your soul thru your art (on what I saw from this thread) I also wanted to tell you that even before the picture loaded I began crying (eerily, sadly, and with compassion, yet with objectivity...don't really know what that means..) when I read it, I knew exactly what you meant. I felt a flood of emotions thru my blood. We seem alot alike. Maybe it's because we're both pisces and I have a virgo moon... IP: Logged |

Oh, I am so flatered. I am glad to hear an emotional responce coming out of people, humanity is so beautiful, and when it is given to me... I take the inspiration and use to create. Pisces-girl... I have a Virgo rising! I know what it is like. a strange existence it makes for, does it not? anyway. when I get some time I will post some more. I am glad that people like my work!
