Your score = 128I read the book Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goalman several years ago. It was enlightening. Wouldn't call it an easy read, but it really helped me to understand the emotional intelligence factor in myself and others. I highly recommend it to anyone interested. IP: Logged |

Thank you for the kind words Juni! Nackie, I have Saturn opp. Asc.(Pisces) and Asc. square Sun(Sag) and Midheaven(Sag). I come across the wrong way even when my intentions are all good. ------------------ "Know thyself" Inscribed on the temple of Apollo at Delphi IP: Logged |

OK, so I took it. Got a 117.But the reason I had hesitated, is because like Juni, I don't find it a very accurate tool with which to judge ourselves. A friend loaned me the Emotional book years ago and I positively hated it. Couldn't get through it. Anything that likes to categorize people in nice little boxes is not OK in my book. My emotions have merit, or are of superior value, only if I score highly on the test? Please. The test itself is flawed by its own limitations. Alright then. Rant over. to all the lovelies. Results of the Emotional IQ TestYour score = 108 What does your score mean?
Your Emotional IQ is in the average range. Essentially, you're able to recognize and deal with your own emotions and those of others in a reasonably effective manner. Since your score is in the mid-range, however, you are not taking full advantage of your potential. By learning and practicing new skills and more effective ways of dealing with people, you could increase your EIQ. ------------------ Welcome Home to GhostVillage IP: Logged |

This means that, in general, you are able to express your feelings clearly in appropriate situations. You effectively communicate, interact with others and deal with stress.
