Hello Everyone,
First off I want to introduce myself since I have already made plans to return to this awesome site. My name is Angela. I live (born and raised) in Anchorage, Alaska. I have always been interested in Astrology, but never took the leap to REALLY try and understand it. Until recently! My boyfriends (mike) great-grammie was very much in to it which got his mother (Alissa) involved. Before his grammie died, she told Alissa to go out and buy this book, she said it was the best book she had ever read and it a great book to understand why, what, when, where and hows of our existence. The book was Star Signs, by the famous Linda Goodman. Now when she passed away, Alissa's mother was going to throw out all her hard years of studying, until Alissa found out. Alissa has all of her grammies stuff on this subject, but she has never gone through it until about 3 weeks ago. The first book I picked up was Star Signs, I was drawn to it ... and asked her if she would mind If I took it home and read it. Of course, being the sweet mother that she is .... I am just about done reading it. And I love it so much ...I have re-read chapters so that I fully understand everything ...so its taking me a bit longer than usual to read this book. I plan on purchasing my own copy and cant wait to read her other books. When Mike and I first got together ...4 1/2 yrs ago ... his mother showed me Linda Goodman's love signs (like a week after meeting her) And I read the Chapter pertaining to us...I couldn't believe it. Everything was right on. In fact I hadn't read it since then, until 3 weeks ago. I read it again. We had a bump in our relationship about a year ago ... and figured out that neither could live with out the other. We knew we were drawntogether for a reason. He saw an astrologer during the split and she told him we were meant to be. We had a relationship in the past that did not work out (why? im not sure) and that this time around we were to work out and be together. This I did not know until we about 1 mo. after getting back together. So really, since I have met him I feel like I am being pushed to understand this more that just the occasional interest. Linda's writings are remarkable. I feel as if I a part of them, as she's telling them. Her words make it very easy to understand. And I find the lexigrams amazing ...so tru, when interpreted. Thats something I will be trying to uncover as well. Well, before I ramble on about my life ...and type 54+pages ...I'd better close. But I WILL BE BACK! I couldn't believe I found a site of Linda Goodman..I was so happy there was one out here in the space we call the net! Nice to meet you all! And I know we'll be talking!

Thanks everyone for the nice warm welcomes!
"Special" - you had asked my signs. All I know at this point is I am a capricorn. I haven't gotten further into it yet to understand all the rest of the signs. I plan on doing more studyin' and reading first before really getting into it for fear of misinterpretation. Although I guess I could always do one of those online charts to figure them out huh? Maybe I'll do that....since I am still learning and not real familiar w/all the house and signs yet .... ya'll may be able to guide me in the right direction. Epecially since we are all sitting here in Linda Land. If one things for sure it that I will understand it all - just can't know it all at once. But thanks again to everyone for all the warm fuzzy welcomes! :-)

Relationship Signs was written from Lindas notes but doesn`t have the flavor and style of Linda. A woman named Crystal Bush actually wrote the book.

OMg, i am so happy that search funtion is working. I've been going back and re-reading some of my first posts. As some of you may know i originally registered under the ID of Angela (blah! to plain and boring) Well, tomorrow is my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY to LINDA LAND!!!!!

I am so glad i found this place and all the wonderufl people within here make it that much more special to me.
