Yesterday we got a new lecturer as the other couldn't teach us anymore due to deadlines as he works at a newpaper.Anyway let me tell you guys about him.Some of you already know about as I mentioned him last night on the chat room. This guy is short of amazing. When he introduced himself to us,he almost told us everything about his history,even something that nobody would.I am not gonna tell you as i feel i should respect him.Something that can wreck a family apart-that is far as I will tell.
He is into his teaching as he gets us involved in the lesson, he is funny, he is totally honest,he is single with two sons, really lovable.
What sign is he I wonder?
I hope I am not soundiing gay as I am not but a few people deserve this praise as they are few and far between.
Long live the new lecturer.

I think you should tell him he inspires you. I think it's important to let teachers know they are touching someone!

Yang,
I'm going to choke you. I'm trying to imagine what would inspire this kind of admiration and I'm stuck. You've told us hes great but not why. I'm sure if he told your whole class this personal something, then hes comfortable with it, some people are just like that. More power to him. Some of us knowflakes don't even know where "somewhere over the clouds" is and you didn't mention his name so... My 3 guesses are
Committed a crime
Is in an alternative relationship??
Has a serious health problem

Ok LLL I will tell you before you choke me.He was an acoholic BUT he has been clean off the bottle for three years.There you go guys. I live in South Africa that is why I said somewhere over the clouds.

Alcoholism is nothing to be ashamed of Yang , (some signs are predisposed to it) I take it he is in recovery, right on. It takes a lot of inner-strenth to battle addiction and as a starting point I can certainly see why he inspires that type of admiration. Good for you.IP: Logged |
