Ugh. Moving stuff was aweful yesterday. It was SO humid. It was even sprinkling a bit. 'Bout 85(f) out. Sweaty and muggy. Two of my least favorite things.So... around 4:30 I made what I thougth to be my last trip (I couldn't stand to not have fans later... so went back and made another car load at aroun 11:30) I was sweaty, exhausted, pissy, hungry, and DONE moving for the day. I went back to the apartment and unloaded all the stuff, fixed the kids some dinner (deli meat, cantalope, oranges, sliced cheese, and cashews... LOL I did NOT want to cook!) When I was done feeding the kids, I cracked a Sparks- malt liquor+caffeine (another reason for my late night energy surge ) I was just chillin' on the patio drinkin' my Sparks and having a smoke with my potted lillies, roses, and sunflower(babies)... When I looked to the Western sky, I saw a funnel cloud way up hight (they don't usually touch down here), in the Eastern sky there was a beautiful rainbow. A nice breeze finally started to blow, a little... but a breeze none the less. It was perfect. Peaceful. Beautiful IP: Logged |

I saw a rainbow the other night, too. Hope you're happy in your new place. Sure looks lovely. IP: Logged | |
