Ok, without being confrontational: Why on earth CAN'T I make those statements? I mean if someone can pop off about the agenda of the liberals and someone else can yack yack yack about the vampires and the interplanetary alliance to reconstruct and colonize the Earth, why can't I bring this up without pointing out specific people? Which aliens? Which vampires? Which politicians? Give me SPECIFICS! I want names! You don't have to, and neither do I and the only difference is that I have them, and none of these so-called informative posts seem to. Just a lot of vague notions about this that and the other. Getting past the PRINCIPLE of my right to keep that information to myself, let's get back to the point. There IS a force that we're dealing with here, that's what's important. You nailed it the first time. Let's work on dealing with that. Thank you for your caring reply.  I you too!! I was thinking about posting something in Health and Healing about it. I've never been one to ask for healing light, but I think it works - so hey, what the heck. I am level two Reiki and believe in the power of energy healing and the power of healing energies from others. The more the better! It can't hurt. Maybe I will. I don't want to change the subject in this thread though. Talk to you soon.

We've never had too too much of a dialogue going here at Lindaland, you and I, but I have always wanted to consider you a friend. So if paras is right...does that not ALSO apply to all of the subjects I mentioned above? Don't they bring with them their OWN negativity? See? You're willing to entertain those notions to death, negativity or not, and all it means if they're tru is that somewhere out ther eare little green men, blood suckers with fangs and a coalition of crooked lawyers with an agenda. This, however? This requires specifics because the negativity that might be ooozed all over the place might splash onto Lindaland. Well if you care so awful much about the negativity here at Lindaland, why are you entertaining such negative subjects everywhere on it?Here is what I've asked: Forget about the who. Be careful what you're talking about and the directio nthat the subject is taking. Respond in a positive manner. Don't let yer ego out for a walk around Lindaland. Your response? I think anyone who has ever has the audacity to call someone else out on their intolerence, dogmatic opinion, or slanted opinion, falls into Daf's catagory. Unless he clarifies otherwise.
I like to think you're taking a stand against intolerance in general, not a political stance, daf. I believe you're above that. Or, am I mistaken?

I wan't trying to "make a point" or to argue with you, Daf. I just thought at first that you were subtly trying to get everyone to look at their OWN actions... which would have been good. Then your second post tended to indicate that wasn't the case... or you were sabotaging that effort rather badly. Thanks, Juni... I guess, It's more because it is an accusation that I feel in the air, but it isn't directed, really.. it's more flailing about, and will land on anyone who feels low, or doubts their self-worth.. even if for a moment..... I have those moments.... Like everyone else.
I have felt negative energy here.. specific posts.. but nothing that worries me... there is always negativity around.. always.. you just maybe dwell on it for a while, and then move on to lighter hings.. at least I do.
To hear it spoken about like this is somewhat alarming... I have the feeling.. but this place I love is under attack? This time, it is different than all the other times somehow?
I feel the need for clarity.. like a child needing the comfort of a mother smoothing back her hair and whispering it will all be okay. Only I need it in an adult way..... reassurance, I suppose. The monsters are elusive though.. and we can all be under the influence of internal monsters every so often.
Thank you for the vote of confidence.. it really means something coming from you. I believe you. I'll try to remember that next time I want to be nasty.

Whoa! Just got here.....Daf........I've read your first post on this thread twice. The last reading was when I went back for a re-read, after going thru the whole thread...*sigh* I think I understand what you're telling us....tho I had to go back and read it again to really understand... Maybe we should all wrap ourselves in a white protective light, and pray as juni said....to keep the negative energies from encompassing us.. I know there are some beautiful souls here with love and light in their hearts...and god forbid Lindaland should be invaded by darker forces...I for one, believe that good overcomes evil...love overcomes hate and peace can prevail here..... as I hope it will to the world at large....eventually. The words to this song come to me...  "Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me...." That is really where it has to start and if everyone here at Lindaland can come to find peace in their hearts, then we'll be starting that peace on earth, by setting an example....imagine...Lindaland as it's own little universe filled with peace and love....  (gosh I sound all "pollyannish" like some Miss Universe contestant trying to win the title...eeee) Lord knows all of my posts here haven't been filled with peace and love all the time (especially on the Global Unity forum), but I believe my "intent" is peace.....even tho I've probably been going about it in the wrong way at times.....I will try to watch that from now on...(but be forewarned, that backslides may occur, cuz I'm still only human, yet ) I'll do my part to keep the darker forces away, by not responding to anything that I perceive to be confrontational or attacking (I'll bite my tongue as it were, in the name of peace.....and love) Thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention..... 26taurus..........
