Thank you, Deep! I knew it! There's a simple, deep clarity about you're art. If I spiralled on one of you're pictures, I would see so many things in it. It's extraordinary how you made sand dunes look like a snowy mountain range. The way you captured the cloud in the second picture - I love it. It's the way they could also be metaphoric. I think you picked apt ones in relation to me. I appreciate your support for me, but you know that *eye shine smile* quote: "There comes that mysterious meeting in life when someone acknowledges who we are and what we can be, igniting the circuits of our highest potential." Rusty Berkus
I found this true to me. You too? On the journeys we have to undertake to develop our highest potential in what work we accomplish. Not only us, however, but souls who understand how these things are mapped out - and the beauty is they know who there are! I was looking at photography with you in mind and thought you may find this interesting, tons of links, though you may have seen it before; http://www.photographymuseum.com/ Sheaa ------------------ "The only way to have a friend is to be one" * Ralph Waldo Emerson *

hey Deep - beautiful photos! thanks for posting them. i love the cloud - it looks like a portal - and the grading in the sky is gorgeous... actually, both of these scenes strike me as portals - the dunes feel so lunar and then you notice the tiny trees nestled in the middle wedge, like a curtain has been drawn aside.i love art. i'm glad you like to share! xb IP: Logged |

Yeah, Deep - I love 'em all! XB - I had the same portal thoughts! Also the cloud could have been some sort of angel.. it's what I meant by spiralling! IP: Logged |

I'm so glad you've found something here Stormee. It turly is a wonderful place! You guys.... I think I just got one of the best complments of my life tonight! A Man named Mark Sink, this is a man who used to hang out with Andy Warhol! He was apart of that croud... AND HE's One Of the BEST DamN Photographers in Denver! Said to me. "You know Kid... You consume photography like no body's business... You got the spark to really do something, one day, I bet you make it BIG." pretty much decribes how I felt, although I tryed to keep it inside, cuz I'm like... Uh thanks... (Hello World!) I'm going away on a trip to Wyoming... So I'll be back in 1 and 1/2 weeks. I'll bring some pictures... of course. Shea, Stormee! you are the people I know best here and a few others. Along with Everlong and dorkus_malorkus has told me quite a bit that I understood. So I feel like I know her too. Love to each and everyone of you and thanks for your support! Randall !!! IP: Logged |
