I don't think so, Ghani. It's from a series of Flash cartoons called "Neurotically Yours". The main characters are Foamy the Squirrel and his owner, Germaine, the goth chick. If you go to www.illwillpress.com/vault.html you can see lots more.

I guess when you speed up a vocal track, all voices sound fairly similar. Didn't the same guy who voiced Dave also do the Chipmunks way back in the day?

Funny cartoons, BTW. Twisted sarcasm always has a place in my book!!!
