If I knew the address, I would have sent this question through e-mail. But I don't, so...I just had a strange and wonderful thing happen. I was listening to 'song 1' that you gave me the link for. Loved it! I was sitting here, jamming to it... and suddenly the words of one of my poems started flowing with it. One that I have been told many times would make good song lyrics. I always thought the people that said it were crazy, didn't see how it could be fit to music, but... well, I guess I had to hear the right music! You said you had never put any words to those songs. I don't know if by that you meant that you had words but never recorded and mixed them, or that you never wrote any words in the first place. Anyway, assuming you don't have any lyrics planned for it, would you mind if I recorded some, mixed it, and sent it back to you? IP: Logged |

I never wrote lyrics for that one. None that I liked anyway!I'd LOVE to hear what you can do with it. ------------------

LOL... thanks, Ghani!Actually, I cheated... I slept for about an hour and a half. Then it was right back up and at 'em! Great, BloodRed! (I was worried for a minute you were going to say, "You want to do WHAT to one of MY songs?") I think you'll like it -- assuming I don't sound like crap. I'm not the world's greatest singer. I love your music! You rock! When you get a chance, I'm curious as to how you made it. IP: Logged |

Most of it was made on a Korg Trinity back when the keyboard FIRST came out. I so wish I still had that thing. My boyfriend at the time had a recording studio so he helped with the recording aspect of it.IP: Logged |

Thanks, wychey woman! ------------------ "The more a man knows about himself in relation to every kind of experience, the greater his chance of suddenly, one fine morning, realizing who in fact he is -- or rather Who (capital W) in Fact (capital F) "he" (between quotation marks) Is (capital I)." -- Aldous HuxleyIP: Logged |
