Heya everyone,

Just wanted to check in before I leave. I never made it to a computer while I was in NC and SC visiting / meeting Mr. Taurus's family (it went GREAT!!!). I was supposed to be back yesterday, but as we were leaving Mr. Taurus's grandfather slipped and fell. Luckily we were still there. He went to the ER, but everything was okay - other than some major bruising.

We stayed an extra night to make sure he would be okay.

Anyway, the movers will be here in a few hours and I am just about ready to take apart the computer.

I hope all is well and you all are doing fine!!!

I will be on the road until next week.

Blessings everyone

HI, Pid...moving sucks the big one, so I completely sympathize with you. But, the change of scenery is cool every now and then, plus, in your case a whole new beginning! A little scary, but very exciting, I would think.

Good luck with the move, and I'm sending you mucho beams of magic energy for all the work you have ahead of you. You'll need it!

Hi Everybody!!!

I am in Arizona now. Let me tell ya, it was interesting driving cross country with the cats...they did very well and Fletcher loved sitting in the passenger seat watching the cars go by. Well, he didn't care much for the big rigs going by, but they got a kick out of the Orange kitty with the "Elvis" look in his face (his lip curls up due to a missing canine).

I picked up my dad in Tulsa on Friday and we beat feet and made it to Phoenix last night. I will finish the drive tomorrow to Sierra Vista and move in with Mr. Taurus. I needed a day to just settle and I wanted to spend some time with my family.

The best thing about this travel was hanging out with my dad. We found the BEST Mexican restaurant in Clovis, NM - Leals- and had a GREAT dinner. Man I was craving Mexican food after two weeks of Southern home cooking.

We went to Ft. Sumner, NM and checked out where they held the Navajo and Apache then went onto to Show Low and through the San Carlos Apache Reservation. My dad and I will be planning a trip to Chaco canyon, back to Ft. Sumner..etc.. with my nephew, brother and Mr. Taurus.

All I can say - is it feels so good to be back home - back out West. The east is great, but it's not my home- not like this place. Seeing the Mesa's, the red dirt, the mountains - knowing that I come from here -it just means so much.

Anyway, enough with the sentimental mush...LOL...I am going to take advantage of my dad's pool and late hit the swap meet. Yippeee

Love to you all and I will write more later.
