Hi Prox!
Naw, you're right, I have been flitting in and out, but mostly, since last week, I haven't been here.
My band and I have been convening at every available opportunity to be ready for Saturday night... (are we? Gaw, I hope so!!)Each practise is about 4-5 hours. Last night I went straight from work and didn't get home until after 11. *granted, wings and beer were in there too, we had to check out the stage we will be playing on*

My kids are doing the school thing.. my son, back to it again, my daughter.. she turns four in Oct. So she will be starting Jr.Kindergarten next Thursday. I have also been working a lot this week. No time to rest or stop or get my LL fix.
So yes, I have posted a few times, but I haven't really been here much.
*WHEW*
The crazy thing is last month, i had all this energy, but I was bored.. nothing major to do. Now I have all these things to do, not enbough time to do them in, and no energy. Well... some energy. But my feet hurt. This is the only time I sit.

Please wish me luck Sat. night. I am popping my cherry on stage with a band... my own band. I have been on stage before, but not like this. Know any good jokes? They said as long as I wear 'nice'*IE; sexy* clothes, I'll be fine.. leave it to men for that kind of logic.

Good luck Pix! I hope it wasn't your band I did a cd cover for way back... The band was called "Cherry Pie." I was horrified after all the graphic design, that Cherry Pie didn't have anything to do with Grandma's kitchen.

Just wanted to let you all know..........
It was sooooooo great!!!! So much fun!!!!
We are now apparently the 'house' band. w are welcome back anytime!! Which is saying alot considering in total, we've practised about six times together, all within the last two weeks.
It was pretty good though, I swear, I hav been dreaming about lyrics. now I can relax a little. it is done and it was fabulous! So glad the Moon was in Leo I think it helped, to emotionally represent the fifth house!
