That's okay, tomorrow is a new day. Of course, if they are around, temptation will get to you after a while.. Look at it on the bright side... at least you won't be tempted by them.... It is such an addictive mentality.. really.. Keep one for emergencies. I would love to have one for emergencies.. except that I would be making up emergencies, and turning into a real drama queen, so I must make myself not do it., Wehave both been good.. I applaud you for your efforts.. and you know what? Three measly smokes takes nothing away from all the effort you have made.. it was an whoops... and that's okay. Just make a new vow to yourself tomorrow. Do you know what? I am addicted to these MF'ers. If I can tell myself that my body is okay with occasional social smokes? I would do it instantly.. I know though, that I am addicted, so I trust myself to make the agony less unless I REALLY need it... then well, yes, it is a mistake.. but one I am aware I am making.. and If I can deal with the consequences, then so be it. Geez, I ramble on, don't I? Well... I am proud of you. Pick yourself back up, it's all good. They weren't that great though, were they? IP: Logged |

Yes! Especially the one I nearly passed out on! Hubby is doing great though. He's still on two patches, but plans to cut back to one next week. Phil's not saying wanna smoke? any more. He is still doing the "cockadoodle doo, want some coffee?" though. Bye!IP: Logged |

Thank you, i needed this today. What is my problem, I just ran out the door, store in mind, for a pack...... how bad is that? Am I stressed? I suppose I am. After all my effort, and non-effort, I was willing to throw it all away. Luckily, aneighbour was outside having one, so I asked if I could 'bum one'..... so I had another one. I am so bad.. I need the reasons again, cuz they are all foggy.. what happened to the sense of pride? What is my damage? She saved me from buying a pack though, so now I have to rethink the reasons...... It was soooo clear last week.. this week, kinda' fuzzy. Help!!!!!! Help!!!!!!! Help!!!! I have the patches upstairs.. as soon as the nicotine leaves my system, I will slap one on. Oh.. and I am wearing a pair of low-rise cords... and they are not fitting well. *Wwwwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!IP: Logged | |
