I have a quote which has sprung to mind, but I cannot remember the exact wording of it or the source and I wonder if anyone could help me please

It goes something like :-

"If people were to only speak the truth, a deadly hush would descend upon the earth."

I seem to think that it is a Native American Indian saying.
