How did you all find this place?I'm really surprised I never found it earlier, but a few months ago a friend of mine asked me what I think about dolphins. Well, I was ecstatic to be able to tell them all about how I believe they are amongst the wisest creatures on earth and the the experiments the Russians conducted with pregnant women swimming with dolphins and how the babies came out so advanced and stuff... and how it's in one of my favourite books ever, Linda's Star Signs. So I lent them the book, but I said "there must be something online about this, I'll look it up and email it to you!"... I ended up finding Lindaland instead Yay! IP: Logged |

Ooh, good idea for a thread! Star Signs got me interested in the idea of physical immortality, but, when I tried to do some follow up research on the subject at the library, the only books I could find dealt with the subject either in wacky psuedo-relgious terms that I couldn't stomach, or in terms of cryogenic suspension and the like. Nothing like what Linda talked about. Soooo, a couple years passed, and then I finally had the brilliant idea to try searching the internet for the subject ( I'm a little slow sometimes... ) Among the things I found was this site! And what a find! Open conversation of some of the most interesting topics under the sun, plus a bunch of fantastic people to talk about them with!

After I read Star Signs I was completely hooked and wanted to find out more about Linda, and people that liked her like me. So I put Linda Goodman in the search bar and this site came up =).IP: Logged |

Well, several years ago, after reading Sun Signs, I found the Linda Goodman website that offered courses in Astrology and horoscopes and such. I used to dink around and read as much as I could. I forgot all about the site... then one day it occurred to me to come back and check it out again... but to my great surprise, it was gone So... here I am ... and happy to be here IP: Logged |

A few weeks ago I pulled out my well-worn (but neglected for a few years) copy of Love Signs to look up my son and his SO's relationship. It got me to thinking about Linda and how she was doing. I did a search on the internet and was very surprised to find out that she passed away quite some time ago. I found this site and joined.IP: Logged |

My copy of Love Signs is all dilapidated too. The front cover has fallen off and some pages fall out when I read it. I'm kind of attached to it, I don't want to throw it away!I like hearing about how all you guys got here IP: Logged |

Pretty much the same as everyone else. I read most of Linda's books, Love Signs first, given to me years ago by a dear friend. Last summer I returned home to Maine after a few years of rambling aimlessly through the US. I didn't know very much about the net, all I ever used the pc for was checking and sening e-mail.... But after an operation, I couldn't work full time, or go out and enjoy nature as much as I would have liked, so I was browing around on the puter one day, digging up some astro stuff, trying to find some kind of online course to better my understanding of astrology, and was ESTATIC to find this site! I joined right away, but then I moved to a house without a computer, and then moved to the UK, and when I got here, I was not working full time and remembered ''OMG!! LindaLand!'' So I've been pretty much a daily visitor since then. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it Ghani IP: Logged |
