i am the biggest stressball ever right now.
long story (relatively) short...i live in japan and am soon moving from tokyo to osaka. but i've had to make all the plans for this throughout the christmas/new years season when almost no one is available.
when the landlord of the apartment that i was referred to didn't answer his phone or have voicemail, i started looking into potential roommate situations. i found a place that seems really awesome. and they're choosing between me and one other person.
but they're wanting to give me the definitive answer thursday night. and i need to ship my entire apartment friday morning.
i've been so sure that this roommate situation is going to work out, that i haven't even tried contacting the original landlord again. but occasionally the thought creeps into my mind "what if it doesn't work out? where am i going to tell the shipping people to send my stuff?" haha.
i'm a little bit calmed down now cuz i bet my friend will let me just ship my stuff to his house...but i still have to wait a few hours before it's a reasonable hour to try to call him.
so if anyone has some extra good vibes that they want to send my way to help the roommates pick me...i'd be super appreciative.
and i'll give an update tomorrow night about whether i get the place or not.  IP: Logged |
