Well I put a rutilated quartz crystal, a clear quartz and a lapis lazuli in a glass of water, set it on my purple plate for a few hours. I drank it before I made dinner. After a short time, I realized my head didn't feel attached to my body, like someone had hold of a chunk of my hair and was pulling up! I burned the hell out of the crab cakes to the point that they were hollow when opened. The cod I prepared turned into mush and the spinich was well, just spinich. At this moment my brain is so alert, I am hearing too many sounds! I think I need a tranquilizer! Tee Hee, doing more experiments on myself!

Hey Nephthys - good to see you!  Not yet Mary! I'm going to try though after reading your link; http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/004138.html (still don't know what rutilated means  ) Philly ~ some advice please. How would I know what crystals/minerals/gems are OK to put together? At the moment - I only have rose quartz, sodalite, opal, and what I think is turquoise since it was given to me as a gift. Do you reckon a mixture of these is cool? I wouldn't want burnt cakes and a feeling like someone's pulling my hair!  haha - you're funny. Also do you think a purple plate would assist this? I haven't got one as yet. I think I may start on a bully proofing Philly dreams rose quartz concoction when I get home ( http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum15/HTML/000796.html  )
