I've been meaning to post this for a couple of days. http://deathball.net/notpron/ Very challenging game. Seems I read that less than 4% of those who start, make it to the end, which is something like 81 screens. You'll get some help links as you go through the screens, where things are explained. My nephew the computer genius sent the link to me. Not sure how far he has gotten, but I'm embarrassed to say I've gotten stuck on screen #4. Proxie, if you're checking this out, I actually thought this might be something you'd have fun with! Hope you're well...I miss your posts. If anyone gives this a go, let me know. IP: Logged |

turn me on dead man? Is tht what I am reading? How wierd. I don't think I know enough about computer language and functions to get much further than I am. URL? hmmm. I am strickly a for-fun user. I opened a new screen with the 'stop that', and then the message said Old man, I think.. but what does that mean? I used to love playing Myst, but I tend to ignore obvious things for a more abstract view.. Uranus conjunct Sun perhaps. I complicate things.IP: Logged |

Only have a sec...busy at work...but "Turn me on dead man" is a Beatles reference.Years ago, there was a rumor that Paul McCartney was dead, and that there were clues available on several Beatles albums. On the White Album is a 'song' called "Revolution Number 9." It's a cacophony of noises, no lyrics, no music. At the end, you can hear John Lennon repetitively saying "Number 9, number 9, number 9." Well, when you played the vinyl backwards, a lot of people thought it said "Turn me on dead man, turn me on dead man, turn me on dead man..." Creepy and cool. I haven't been back to screen #4, no time! But I will try again soon. Morse code, huh? IP: Logged |
