Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. I hummus too. Oddly though, if there are warm pitas, and the choice of Baba ganouj or hummus in front of me, I will go for the baba ganouj. *puts hands in air* I'm sorry!! I love the hummus, I do, I do!!! But I also love the BAba.Note. My mom pronounces it 'humm-mousse'. Emphasis on the OOOOse sound. It bugs me. IP: Logged |

Oooh, I love hummus! So very yummy, all flavors are good but I'm fine with the gold* old regular flavored one. I tend to prefer flatbread over pita bread for it but veggies dipped in it can't be beat. Mmmmmm ... must go buy more. *Odd, I meant to type good. I could seriously live off of hummus. Roasted red pepper, Garlic, Veggie and Chive hummus are my fave. I'll usually eat it with pita or corn chips, but youre right Eleanore, hummus and veggies cant be beat. Yummmmy. IP: Logged |

For Pixie:Bake a whole eggplant in your oven until soft inside. Peel the skin off. Mash it. Add some salt, vinegar, oil and chopped garlic. Mix it well. Enjoy a delicious kopo-olu. (bulgarian recipe) IP: Logged |

Oh Yin, that sounds soooo yummy. I'm gonna try that next week!I try not to eat anything too healthy on the weekends. Gets in the way of the beer and/or wine. Though I've been thirsty for some Irish Mist... I love that Baba stuff too, Pixie. IP: Logged |
