I was bought a gift of a book and cd by Paul Mckenna called "change your life in 7 days" - OMG it WORKS. Now I am feeling so much better after the first week. Ive been trying to lose some weight (cant get into any of my clothes etc) and have found since listening to the cd that my calorie intake has halved (I always eat when Im on a downer, its sort of my drug if you know what i mean), Ive also started walking more,dance every day, feel lighter, brighter and have come into some money, which we thought may be delayed.........so give it a go guys, coz I think he is onto something................BIG xxx

He is supposed to be one of the best and charges celebs thousands for a consult. Where did you get the compact disc did it come with the book?

Hi Gia, yeah the cd comes with the book and costs euros approx 15, if you get it try and listen on headphones, his voice is lovely, sexy, relaxing, and very hypnotic, good luck and enjoy xxx

That man has possibly the sexiest voice I've ever heard. There's also a free audio download available on his website, at www.paulmckenna.com

A lot of his material isn't available in the U.S., but you can still get it through ebay if you don't mind paying the shipping from the U.K.
