Hi Thor! Im sorry for not replying I really havent spent alot of time indoors since spring has sprung! Out of the times i did come here for a visit or two i didnt quite make it to FFA! I apologize! Thanks for the inquiry though, kinda made my heart skip a beat when i saw the calling! lol 
I am doing great! Fires are no where near us! One is down on the penninsula (Homer to be exact) at the time of your posting that was the fire you would have heard about. They did get it under control and put out. However as of this monday it has sprung back to life. Fires amaze me! Great force and Power behind it! So they are working on containing that again, sounds like they pretty much got it under control. i believe its up around 5300 acres burned.
Speaking of fires ... there was one up here that smouldered all winter long along the AK Hwy. Surviving under a blanket of snow and -40 degree temperatures. Thats just crazy to me! I mean i know it can happen but wow! At this time there is approx. To date for 2005 there have already been 50 fires (man made ad wildfires) For last year there was a record 6.7 million acres burned. Its really really sad. But its also Mother Natures way of cleansing and replenishing.
