My radio/cd player is giving me trouble. When I put a Cd on, the player makes it jump and stall the song it's playing. And worse of all it scratches the CD. What can I do to fix it? Should i take it somewhere to see what is the problem or can I fix it myself? I know it is not the actual cd itself as I put it in the familie's CD player and it plays perfectly. So it is definately my Cd player. IP: Logged |

My CD Player is acting up also, the CD holder that you put your CD's in will just keep turning around and around at fast speeds. It does this only when it feels like it and I'm not even using it to listen to a CD, just starts when I'm watching a TV show or watching a movie through the DVD player. I have it hooked up with my TV and DVD player for sound as my TV has no sound. At this point I'm unable to use the remote or bottoms on the system to get it to stop, so I have to unplug it and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Drives me crazy sometimes!!! Don't know how to fix this also??? Solane Star

sounds like the laser has been pushed up, or is crooked. It might not be worth taking anywhere, unless its a really expensive cd player. I would either push down the thingy that the laser is mounted on (don't touch the laser), or: Take a really big hammer Hold it high over your head Swing it down directly on the cd player repeat untill cd player is smashed buy a new one. ORRRR you can manifest one! Put the thought out there, and maybe someone will call you up and offer you one.IP: Logged |
