Ooooooo this is my favourite My tightest aspect is Sun square Uranus - “desiring independence and freedom from all social restrictions” - so that might explain this.

quote:
Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

The very first Quote which influenced me (13 yrs ago )

First they came for the Jews
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.

- Pastor Martin Niemöller

The fact that man knows right from wrong proves his intellectual superiority to other creatures; but the fact that he can do wrong proves his moral inferiority to any creature that cannot.

Mark Twain... (A fellow Archer with an Aries moon)

What Is Man? (1906)
US humorist, novelist, short story author, & wit (1835 - 1910)

Ummm..yes, I broke the rule - but this is my second favorite by Mr. Twain:

Loyalty to petrified opinion never yet broke a chain or freed a human soul.

"MOST OF US GO TO OUR GRAVES WITH OUR MUSIC STILL INSIDE US"
Oliver W.Holmes

I don't know why but when I read this quote for the first time, it literally took my breath away. It just seemed so terrible to never let my music out into the world.

pidaua,
I love another one by Mark Twain:

"Too many people spend money they haven't earned, to buy things they don't want, to impress people they don't like"

So, if a woman doesn't give/have sex, there's no love?

Oh, I see...women have sex in hopes of love, while men give love in hopes of receiving sex.

It's too bad really, isn't it? Though there are those that defy gender.

"If you envy successful people, you create a negative force field of attraction that repels you from ever doing the things that you need to do to be successful. If you admire successful people, you create a positive force field of attraction that draws you toward becoming more and more like the kinds of people that you want to be."
-- Brian Tracy
