Did anyone see this film, I found it very moving, very powerful, but more so the music - I have downloaded some of it and in particular the pieces called Noah visits and Rituals blow me away, move me to tears. I walked thro the mountains near where I live and I listened to this music thro headphones - I had to sit down on a rock, it took my breathe away. It made me weep and scream all at the same time............. it moved me beyond words. there was a kind of remembering, a yearning for something when I listened to it................anyone?????? I don't recall the music, because I didn't care much for the film. Sorry, no offense intended. But if the music resonated for you, that's all that matters. ------------------ The less I seek my source for some definitive, the closer I am to fine. -Indigo Girls IP: Logged |

No offence taken Trillian, I must say the music stood out far more than the film, it was a strange one wasnt it? love Sue xxIP: Logged |

I like M Night Shamalayan ( did I spell that right?) films. They really play with your brain. I think he is brilliant, however, I am beginnning to see his formula clearly.. I do see that he chooses cinematography and pieces of music carefuly.. to enhance the film.. he also uses silence masterfully. He puts you in a mood.I liked this movie. IP: Logged |

I really loved the colors and cinematography! It was beautiful! The music was great as well. The concept was good if not somewhat implausable. It was entertaining.IP: Logged |

I loved the concept that you think it's fantasy, then learn differently. You never really knew which was reality, so for me it was a cool film. Very well made too Dean. IP: Logged |

I thought it was kind of strange. I don't want to give it away for anybody who hasn't seen it, but you know the creatures, well......to me, it was very predictable. I mean, would creatures actually sew red capes? I don't remember the music at all. But now I am curious. No offense at all either, I am glad you enjoyed it!! IP: Logged |

So was red forbidden because it represented blood? And yellow was a 'safe' color because it's opposite red on the spectrum?I thought it was a neat movie, but implausible. Wouldn't they see airplane contrails? The actress playing Ivy was pretty, I thought. IP: Logged |
