Well, it's been a bitter-sweet week! Jay went back to PA. We both had a good cry before he left. There was a memorial service for our neighbor who passed away. Went to a rock show in Tombstone. Went rock hounding up a large hill and I found a garnet cluster weighing about 15lbs! That was cool! That's it for this week. Hope you all are doing OK!IP: Logged |

Garnet isn't worth very much money wise, but finding it such a big cluster, in a place that has been picked through many years was quite cool. The mineralogist we go to was wanting it real bad! Next? We're going to look for meteroites in the area, hubby thinks he may have found one! And if this is true... they can bring a bundle. Did you know mereroites can have daimonds and peridot in them? Can you imagine that? From out of the sky, the gems form from the heat.IP: Logged |

That's pretty cool Phil! And I know Jaybird is going to be alright - he's had you for a mother to guide him along on his way. He's going to be just fine. Good to hear from you. IP: Logged |

Hi Philbird,Little Jay will really miss you, because of the wonderful time you guys spent together. Nothing beats that motherly love and nurturing bond that only a mom and son can share!!! Excited for you, to hear about your find!!! That's way cool Philbird!!! Well Showna is on the mend and doing so much better. Now I'm another story, went to dentist today to have all my bottom teeth out, but three and a partial plate put in. I would be thinking that the med's are starting to kick in now!!!
I never take pills unless there natural, but this pain is a little much for me to handle. I take two pain pills at 2:00pm and I could still feel the pain, so I took two more at 6:00pm and now the drugs are working. Maybe soon I will Be able to sleep some of it off. My dentist said that if you have never had teeth pulled out before that he was only going to pull the bottom ones first. 6 months from now he will pull all the top ones out. The xrays showed that my jaw bone was half gone and my teeth were so lose and starting to rot, so had to get new ones. My husband just started back to work after 13 years with back injury and we aren't covered under company benefits or anything yet. He's only been working for 2 1/2 months so far, but we wre able to save up $2000.00 for my bottom teeth. Well I need to go lay down for awhile. Solane star
