2. DON'T SCARE YOURELF. Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.--I needed this today (first day of work meh). Amen & thank you! Damn my chart ruler sometimes >_>, but I really needed this today! Thank god for all the positive minds on here. ------------------

Oh, thankyou for that beautiful image of yellow roses... I can smell them now in my imagination... so beautiful! Wow! You started a "first day of work"! Hurray... I used to wake my girls with a song in the morning, when they were very young. One favorite was a Carole King song called "Beautiful"... (words to the refrain) "You've got to get up every morning with a smile on your face and show the world all the Love in your heart; then people gonna treat you better, you're gonna find (yes you will) that you're Beautiful as you feel..." BEST WISHES
