Hi -- new to the group, but a long long long time Linda fan -- am asking for immediate prayer -- my house burned down and now I am in desperate straits trying to find appropriate housing for my 14 y/o son and myself -- I'd deeply appreciate any positive energy and prayer you can send in this regard --

My family has had two house fires in the last 8yrs and its such a trying time.

My husbands family house burned to the ground late one night at 5mins to 12 midnight. Everyone was in bed and didn't know that there was a fire burning. Some man driving by on his way home from work seen the house on fire and thought that he should go and knock on their door to let them know. Good thing that he did or they would of all been left in that fire. Lightening had struck the garage and set the rest of the house on fire. The only thing that didn't burn was a closet that had his sisters wedding dress still hanging in its plastic on a hanger. Now thats a wedding that was meet to be!!!

I'm so very glad that you and your son are O.K.

Our house caught fire in Feb but only took a third away, how fortunate we were.

Am seeing you and your family walking thro a lovely new door, where you will be very happy

Hi-all -- I tried to post a reply before, but was using the wrong password --

thank you thank you thank you all for your kind kind words and prayers and good thoughts -- so far no place to go -- BUT -- friends are posting at their work places and churches on Sun. -- and with all your kind prayers and positive energies -- I know something will come up so we will have a place and we will be able to keep our doggie and two kitties -- they survived the fire, and we are praying we can keep them -- the others perished (sob), and I was able to find a home for one and lost one while I was in the hospital -- my baby I had raised since he was barely three weeks old (big sob) -- but the rest of our little family is intact and somehwere out there in this huge county of 100,000 people is someone with just the right fit --

Thank you all again - -you have no idea how much I appreciate it --
