Before he was famous I met him in a pub where he did a gig......I spoke with him afterwards....he is lovely.....and I said to him "you are gonna be famous Damien lad" and he smiled so widely and said "oh thanks a million for that"

I love his songs, he is very talented isnt he? And passionate very. I think he hails from Dublin,,,,

I was just listening to some of my mp3s and decided I wanted to listen to jazz so I look and there is Damien Rice with Nina Simone - Be My Husband.
