Don't have theirs on file.------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |

I have faith, sweetie, and a deep respect for the past. But finding our way home requires more than clicking our heels three times and wishing it were so - it takes work. Pretty platitudes alone won't get us there.IP: Logged |

I guess "What Not to Wear" wasn't around yet. Or Queer eye for the straight guy.Why oh why did they bring us Technicolor? Maybe she really didn't know.. and it was a lucky break that far into the movie that it wasn't puce and chartreuse... she didn't know color until she went over the rainbow..... *secretly covets those shoes* IP: Logged |

I'm feeling good. I see a cusp of *something* But other than the state of the world and its chaos.. *and of course that affects all, even unconsciously* My own world is busy and exhaustive, and I happen to like it that way. I am vegging out here, even though I know I have to finish a project.. but I still have a few days, so here I am. I feel good. Empowered and ashamed. Waiting for the change. (in myself) I just wrote and posted a poem. I'm in that kind of mood. How is your fine self doing this eve?

I, Toto quote: "I don't mean this to sound full of myself but this Wizard of Oz story? It's all about me!!! I'M IN ALMOST EVERY SCENE IN THE PICTURE!!!" A leaf from Judy Garland's long lost diary? Secret tapes of a Munchkin? No, it's the original diary of Terry, the dog who played Toto in the classic 1939 MGM film. Writing in plain, even humble prose (although she describes her part as vital and her performance as flawless, she understands that Judy Garland was the star of the film), Terry also reveals the grueling before-scenes enemas, snafus on the set and the great difficulty of playing a scene with flying monkeys.
