I think they exist....but not for the fairy tale ending and I think sometimes the stronger the connection, the more difficult the relationship. They come to teach us and when the karma is done, we let them go..... I dont know many who could sustain a relationship with a very strong soul connection.....it would be too all consuming,,,,,exhausting and challenging.... IP: Logged |

Quote: I think they exist....but not for the fairy tale ending and I think sometimes the stronger the connection, the more difficult the relationship.>>>I would not call that a soulmate. But a soul connection. Very important but not necessarily the one for life or longer. My first ex was a soul connection. I had a son with him. So that was the main purpose for that relationship with that soul connection. Quote: They come to teach us and when the karma is done, we let them go..... >>>Ahhh very true with ex#2! Past life issues and alot of growing for both of us. But I KNEW that the woman he SHOULD be with, his soulmate was married to another. I secretly vowed if she should ever become free, that I would leave him and then they could be together with my heartfelt blessings! They are! They married! I am very happy for them both and told them so! Quote: I don't know many who could sustain a relationship with a very strong soul connection.....it would be too all consuming,,,,,exhausting and challenging.... >>>>Not if it is perfect for them! Almost 9 years later and we cannot imagine a better relationship! It just keeps getting better! No complaints! The only drawback some may see is that we spend most of our time with each other. But we enjoy each other's company and the conversations etcetera are fantastic! We never run out of things to discuss! Always an adventure! Consuming? Perhaps it appears that way. But it is a fullness of sharing and mutual interests not a parasitic consumption. Exhausting? NO way! It ranges from calm and serene to exhilaratingly intense and wonderfully invigorating! Thank you Sue, that was kind. The thing is that I remeber how it feels to met your match. Perhaps I remember it too well. So maybe this time I must manage alone. I don't know. IP: Logged |

Platonic types:2)Have found him/her And lost. I was younger and out of my control. Romantic - that’s two way : 3)Still searching How incredibly depressing does that sound. I’m actually not searching…just living. But hey if he comes along, it’s all good IP: Logged |
