LOL, that's a good reference. I'm good at confusing the computer by entering nonsense or pressing 0 or the star key repeatedly, and often times that gets you sent to a human.

With AOL, however, that doesn't work so well now. I tried that last week when I was helping my elderly neighbor with her AOL account. It took forever for me to get a human on the line and that royally ticked me off.
