Pixie ~  I meant moderators assigned to their respective forums. I'm speaking generally and not pointing fingers at anyone in particular.  If you are a moderator of a forum, you need to moderate *that* forum. That's what I meant. There are other places on the net specifically geared towards talking about sex. If this place is going to allow topics that need parental guidance, then we need to have a warning on the front page, and perhaps a forum designed specifically for those type of topics. People can call me a prude, I don't care. We need to keep ethics in mind. IP: Logged |

Aw, Thanks, Nephthys, not the kind of response I was expecting actually...I was thinking I would defend myself with proof. So silly.. the skin tone thing.. so very silly.
I think Julianne Moore is gorgeous and she has zero pigment.. I don't want wrinkles, so I stay out of the sun. This is me, oh well.
I also think colour is beautiful, I can appreciate all types. This reminds me of a quote;

You are smart to stay out of the sun, I really aged this year by being in the sun all year.  I want to look like I did last year and the year before! I got really tan this year and I don't care too much for the look. I am pale, too, I have light skin and light blond hair. I love your hair color! I would not care if I had kids from more than one man! I am on my third marriage. I had one son by the first and over 26 misscarriages before and since in total.
I would be thrilled to have had a child with more than one! Especially the wonderful man I am with!
Pixie is a lucky woman MG...beautiful and talented and has more children than me!

This site never used to be so petty. I had just started coming back here, after a long absence. I have to tell you I've been pretty surprised by all the negative attacks of one ilk or another towards people who come here, to talk about the things that Linda wrote about in her books. This doesn't seem quite as loving and positive as I remember Linda's books to be. Of course, it's been awhile since I read any cause I had to sell them to buy food for my kids a while back...

Pixie..the world would be a better place for children if more folks felt as you do!
This is off topic a wee bit but shows how folks can be so bigoted!
There is a woman in our town who protests abortion. But when asked if she would adopt one of these children if it were not aborted...she(as with others I have asked the same question of)..
She said.."Hell no! Those little bas-ards are crack babies or black and their mothers are all dirty sl-ts!"  
All the while carrying a sign proclaiming save the children! God loves them!
