I only quoted the Santa part. quote: A visit from Santa could be a "terrifying" experience for kids, according to advice on a government website. The site warns: "For very young children, Father Christmas can be terrifying, and if you are planning a visit from Santa, you'll need to make sure that fearful children are near an exit." Yahoo News
I’m sorry but it’s not what they said, but the way they said it. When my sister was 3 she was scared of some relatives, let alone some man in a beard. IP: Logged |

You've just reminded me of this site: http://www.southflorida.com/events/sfl-scaredsanta,0,2245506.photogallery?coll=sfe-events-headlines&index=1 "Scared of Santa photo gallery Nothing says Happy Holidays like a photo of sweet little toddlers screaming at Santa. The first 25 photos in this gallery are from the Chicago Tribune's "Scared of Santa" contest. All the rest of the photos were submitted by SouthFlorida.com readers. Enjoy!" IP: Logged |

I have to admit, I laughed pretty hard. But those poor kids. ------------------ "To learn is to live, to study is to grow, and growth is the measurement of life. The mind must be taught to think, the heart to feel, and the hands to labor. When these have been educated to their highest point, then is the time to offer them to the service of their fellowman, not before." - Manly P. Hall IP: Logged |

I felt the same way too Eleanore; I almost edited out the link, because I felt bad for them too. Some of the caption and picture combinations just made me laugh out loud. Sorry if the link offended anybody. I was apparently scared to have my photo taken with Santa when I was a toddler, so my pic could have been included there, had they ever got me on his lap. 'Zala, WN and Bluemoon, you're welcome. IP: Logged |
